Just because a service is hosted on an Amazon EC2 instance doesn't mean that having an account on AWS is necessary for access to it. Neither does it mean that having an account on AWS will automatically get you access to it. We offer a SAAS version of our CRM application, hosted on AWS; having an AWS account is neither a necessary condition for access to the product, nor a sufficient condition.

You probably need to contact the owner of the service for instructions on how to proceed.
