In this case i'd comment out the 'ucf' line. Since it is only updateing or replaceing the config file, it is not doing anything damaging to NOT do it. In one case I did a 'dpkg -i ' or the previous version to fix the problem and then tryed to re-upgrade with 'apt-get dist-upgrade' after things worked. HTH -Kev
