A simple counter example is 
$ dig -x 8.8.8.8 +short
dns.google.

Me neither but thanks for the question. It prompted me to visit the
one.one.one.one website, which is interesting. I do use 1.1.1.1 for DNS
queries in my browser, but this is something much bigger.
