I also fixed alsa-state daemon.

sudo vim /lib/systemd/system/alsa-state.service, I know I should have put
this in /etc but I am not concerned at the moment.
added ! to ConditionPathExists
systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl restart alsa-state

sudo systemctl status  alsa-state
● alsa-state.service - Manage Sound Card State (restore and store)
