for those running the testing distribution: just thought i would put this out there for those here who are heavy python users who might not be aware of how this transition is going (seems to be mostly ok for now but i'm sure some people who are doing strange things might find it needs some work to get things running again).
if you are a heavy processing user i'll be interested to hear how your system changes because there are supposed to be some performance improvements. songbird
