The Service Manual latitude-3510-sm-en-us.pdf (p88/9) says ● Enable USB Boot Support - Allows the system to boot from an external USB device (Enabled by default) ● Enable External USB Ports - Allows the user to enable or disable the USB ports on the computer (Enabled by default) Page 87 (p89/90 also relevant) explains that you can turn on booting from an mSD card. It's worth trying a variety of sticks, and in every available port, lest it's USB2/3, or just some other inexplicable incompatibility. I've had laptops showing that behaviour. Cheers, David.
