Just one example, from memory: You are obviously unaware of the US schoolboy who, during the Cold War, had the Soviet travel agency (can't remember its name now, InTourist, maybe) mail him some USSR tourist brochures for a school project. He became the subject of intense FBI/CIA scrutiny for a significant period of time.
