That seems to be the problem -- os-prober only shows that /dev/sdf1 has an OS on it, it seems to ignore the linux install on /dev/sdg1. IMO the next question becomes how do I convince os-prober to see /dev/sg1 is bootable or to add it to grub.cfg? The man page for os-prober is non- existent. -- "To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Republican President Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt.
