Does jigdo-lite report the names of the missing files ? It would be strange if it could not find all packages in the two repos which are given at the end of debian-10.9.0-amd64-STICK16GB-1.jigdo (visible after gunzip): Debian=http://us.cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/snapshot/Debian/ Debian=http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20210328T103801Z/ --try-last When i look into e.g. http://us.cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/snapshot/Debian/pool/main/libb/libburn/ i see about all package versions of libburn which ever made it into Debian.
