Sitting in a hotel in Hamburg, Germany, thankful for Firefox-esr which provides the page necessary for logging into the network. I´m on Debian 10.
this miracle of connectivity doesn´t seem to happen with Brave browser or Iron. (a) what is the mechanism FF uses for this feat? (b) can it be replicated in Brave and Iron (which I generally prefer)?I admit Brave is often a bit touchy about accessing pages where it suspects security threats.
