Nowadays "timedatectl" is used to configure time. Run the command
without arguments first. Then see its manual page and perhaps use some
of the following subcommands:
timedatectl set-timezone [...]
timedatectl set-local-rct [...]
timedatectl set-time [...]
timedatectl set-ntp [...]
