1. Details of the computer -- make and model? Chassis form factor?
CPU? Memory slots and modules? Expansion slots and cards? Disk
interfaces? Internal and external drive bays, and disk drives? Network
interfaces? Keyboard, mouse, and monitor? Technical support URL?
2. How will you use the computer?
3. How will you maintain the computer?
4. Budget? Schedule? Priorities? Other?
