I don't understand what you are trying to do. Do you want to: * create a bootable USB on another OS to boot (the USB) and install Linux on some other system, or * do you want to install a Linux OS in a virtual <darn, forgot the right word / phrase, VM as the acronym maybe?> on a Windows (or other non-Linux system), or * something else?
