Unofficial denotes unsanctioned, unauthorized, unauthoritative, etc., so
the term quite naturally makes some people a little wary.
Yeah, that's right when you think about it. That unofficial installer
contains non-free, proprietary, closed source, patented etc. code, after
all :D
