LITEONIT LMT-32L3M seems to be an mSATA drive. Those are around at least
up to 500 GB in size.

Another possibility could be to get a 2.5" SATA SSD and a mounting
bracket to fit it into a 3.5" drive bay. I think some models even used
to come with such a bracket. Should offer more capacity for less than
mSATA drives.
