America's Army - OpenGL Error

[Scarletdown]

I just downloaded and installed the Linux version of America's Army. 
Everything seemed to go fine.  However, when I tried to run the game, 
the splash screen came up and then the program quit with the error:

Could not load OpenGL library

History:

Exiting due to error

So, what do I need to do to get OpenGL working?  In other words, what 
file do I ask for when I do apt-get install?
