Write (snail mail) directly to the CEO.  You might have to figure out a
way past the minders, but it is the way to get something done.  Often CEOs
don't know about stuff like this, because their staff "protect" them from
day-to-day details, but, believe me, if there is something wrong with
their operations and they are good CEOs, they will be interested.
