Both windows follow the gtk3 settings. Put these lines in ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini: [Settings] gtk-font-name = <font> <font size> Example: [Settings] gtk-font-name = Liberation Sans 12 The first line ('[Settings]') is important, it should precede the second line. Liberation Sans is the font that I prefer for this purpose. So fonts-liberation is installed. Not fonts-liberation2; the former looks better, at least on my screen.
