Quite random choice, but no birds.
"Stieglitz Vogel", too, yields no birds.
If i set the "All Regions" menu to "Germany" i get the bird as first
match, then the people and the Fw 44 air plane.
Google on the other hand knows where i am and that i understand german
and english language.
