XFCE does not manage your WiFi access. NetworkManager, one of several programs that does, often accompanies XFCE. Assuming you have NetworkManager: In the notification area (upper right panel), right click on the signal strength widget, and select "Edit Connections...". Select a connection you wish to delete. Click on the minus sign widget at the bottom. You can also (as root) delete files from /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/. I have not tried this.
