I have everything Debian related working and would like to thank you guys for all your help. It was a real pleasure, reminded me off my old days with my Commodore 64 and later Amiga time. Linux is a fun chaos like the Commodores always have been. I should have discovered this years ago when I left the Amiga behind and changed to MSFT. I hate MSFT and have now found a good alternative, thanx again. In return if there is someplace I can vote or write a revue for Debian let me know.
This is now getting out of the Debian scope. If you guys think I should go somewhere else with these questions then let me know. I know what my given IP address is. Given by my cable company. IP 68.68.202.34 Also I have opened up port 80 on my Siemens routers firewall. Private IP: 192.168.254.225 Private Port: 80 Type: TCP Public Port: 80 But when I enter the 68.68.202.34 ip in a browser it does not work. What is missing? Why am I asking? I am trying to do Dynamic DNS updates for my domain, but I can't get it to work. -- Gruessle http://VMCLinks.com http://GuyScope.com -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
