I just did a search in google for TP 130 https://wiki.debian.org/InstallingDebianOn/Thinkpad/Edge-E130/wheezy http://linux-hardware.org/index.php?id=usb:5986-0299 It looks like it is supported since wheezy and reported to be recognized up to kernel 5.10. If it does not work - either there is something else or a regression. Something else could be udev or some other subsystem that messes up. especially "[ 83.457152] uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-19)."
