I don't have any PS testers that won't lie. I must open the older ones up to confirm no lurking motherboard killers innumm. I replace caps when feasible rather than junking dead or flaky ones. Less than a week ago there was a tight cluster of four with 3 bad (and one elsewhere replaceable), in non-available spec matches (10mmX35mm & 40mm 2200uF & 3300uF in 10V & 16V, never available by any but junk manufacturers; 12mm can't fit the tight space), so whole PS had to be junked. -- Evolution as taught in public schools, like religion, is based on faith, not on science.
