Let's just ask an old .jigdo file where it goes as last resort: $ gunzip <debian-8.8.0-amd64-netinst.jigdo | tail -1 Debian=http://us.cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/snapshot/Debian/ --try-last and indeed there is http://us.cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/snapshot/Debian/pool/main/b/base-files/ http://us.cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/snapshot/Debian/pool/main/b/base-files/base-files_10.3%2Bdeb10u5.dsc (In newer .jigdo files this is the second last try.)
