That's interesting, I'll say it this way first, then elaborate a little. I tend to skim more on the printed page than on the computer screen. (But, even then, I tend to skim somewhat, especially in long texts. The elaboration : I also tend to read too fast, not catching the exact nuance of some of the words used on the computer screen (and on printed pages). The computer screen has the advantage for me of being able to adjust (usually increase) the font size.
