Yes it does seem to be up because I can reach it via a different computer using a dialup connection. My ADSL server doesn't connect (though other sites are OK). Traceroute shows: ac:~:$ sudo traceroute www.debian.org traceroute to www.debian.org (192.25.206.10), 30 hops max, 38 byte packets 1 192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1) 2991.625 ms !H 2993.755 ms !H 2999.605 ms !H I don't know what this indicates.
