Specifically, the one named "Date:". Of course, humans aren't always adept and translating local times between different time zones in their heads while reading through a bunch of email. Someone who just glances at "14:24:47" and overlooks the "+1100" part might think "Oh, it was sent at two-thirty in the afternoon..." and not realize that two-thirty in the sender's time zone is substantially different from two-thirty in the reader's time zone.
