I haven't been using Debian long, however it looks to me like 
libvte-2.91-0 (0.57.90-1) depends on libvte-2.91-common (>= 0.57.90-1)
but the currently available version is (0.56.3-1) so without the
necessary dependency version being built and in the repository I assume
you won't be able to install the package.
