Jessie is an obsolete stable release. I doubt you will find anyone interested in fixing this bug. Consider upgrading your PCs to Stretch. 3.16 series kernels are still supported upstream. Latest release is 3.16.67. If you're feeling up to it, you can also try running your Jessie system with an upstream kernel and see if your issue was already fixed. https://wiki.debian.org/BuildingKernelFromUpstreamSources If that is not an option, downgrade the kernel and be aware that you're running an old kernel with known security problems. You can find the previous kernel version in /var/log/dpkg.log. Then either pull the .deb file from /var/cache/apt/archives or try to find it if it still exists on Debian mirrors online.
