It indeed seems to, however the InRelease-File does not contain the mips-binary sections anymore. This is what apt complains abount: Fetched 500 kB in 1min 49s (4573 B/s) W: Failed to fetch http://security.debian.org/dists/jessie/updates/InRelease Unable to find expected entry 'main/binary-mips/Packages' in Release file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file) I guess the reason is that mips is not part of the architectures which are receiving LTS updates. However wouldn't it be possible to install / update to the most recent packages available for jessie/mipsel? Thank you in advance, Clemens
