There's apparently an announcement on Reddit about it: https://www.reddit.com/r/xfce/comments/9jvh2b/xfceorg_is_down_due_to_hosting_issues/ I'd done a fair bit of independent investigation, before going looking for further discussion elsewhere, and finding this.
