You might have to read a bit the lines above that. fd=22 probably is
the file descriptor of a pipe which is connected to another kid. Just
follow the 22. This could give you a hint where it's looping.

something in the bookmarks? in state.ini (btw nice DOS thingy)?
something in mozilla/galeon/*? It might be quicker to rename .galeon
and start like this. When it's working again, you still can move the
bookmarks, preferences to the new one which galeon will create.
