OK, so your NTP servers are:

pool 0.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst
pool 1.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst
pool 2.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst
pool 3.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst

What happens if you do:

ping 0.debian.pool.ntp.org

?

Most likely you are blocking UDP/123.  However, if you fail to resolve
the IP when you ping it, you have a DNS issue.
