That does not mean that you are not free to charge for copies, though.
You just can't prevent your customers from redistributing.  For software
licensed under the GPL you must tell your customers how to get the
source code.

The authors of the software disclaim warranties, as does Debian.  You
are free to offer a warranty when you redistribute, should you so
choose.
