2 seconds of googling indicate you'd likely need a plugin. But if "use
a plugin" is good enough, then "yes Seamonkey supports RSS feeds"

In my search I intended to rule out plugins etc. [Intentionally have
avoided plugins since Netscape days - a personal preference]. I came
across some posts suggestive that RSS was available at one time.
