There is the non-free NVidia blob, available via the nvidia-driver metapackage.

There are multiple components which could have caused this, but the only
one which sees regular updates in jessie is the kernel.  Look at the recent
history of the linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64 package on your system
(assuming that's the kernel version you use).
