You're welcome. 

The manual install method was originally the only way to get the Flash
plugin installed in Linux.  Later when some distros offered auto
install, they were problematical (or didn't work at all), created new
directories, symlinks all over the place, etc.  Even when Adobe
created the install page on their web site, I was never able to get
it to work.  I'll stick with manual than you very much.

FYI: just manually installed in both Wheezy and Stretch the latest Flash
Player plugin (26.0.0.131) to run in Firefox-esr 52.2.0, the most
current version.  All working just fine.
