Now it seems to be all right! The right driver was rastertosamsungspl, but my mistake was to do: # cp -vi i386/at_root/usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertosamsungspl /usr/lib/cups/filter , whereas I had to, after unpacking UnifiedLinuxDriver_1.02.tar.gz: # cp -vi x86_64/at_root/usr/lib64/cups/filter/rastertosamsungspl /usr/lib/cups/filter , because my new Lenovo desktop machine is 64-bit...
