The code still contains a conditional part which i used with the initial tests. If you change /* # def ine Make_isombr_part_dummY yes */ to #define Make_isombr_part_dummY yes and recompile, then it will not write but rather report where and how many bytes would be written. But i still doubt that this would have any value in practice. (Maybe if it gave a detailed description what and why it would do ...) Let's see what the emerging user community gives as feedback.
