I imagine this is being discussed somewhere in the larger Debian community, but I'm having problems finding anything online, off hand. Does anyone know if there is there any plans to package Swift language into Debian? It has been open sourced for a while now, I think it has a compatible license for Debian. You can install it on Ubuntu, so why not just package it into Debian?
