I ran sudo apt update followed by upgrade it hangs at the following point: Setting up linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64 (3.16.39-1) ... /etc/kernel/postinst.d/initramfs-tools: update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-3.16.0-4-amd64 Progress: [ 0%] Any advice very gratefully received. Thanks Mike
