Looks like the effect of "who" options -a and -H. I installed the newest coreutils on my Sid VM. Output looks still like on Jessie: user pts/0 2016-12-29 12:24 (10.0.2.2) Do you get the old output when giving the absolute path of "who" ? /usr/bin/who If so, what do you get from alias who Have a nice day :) Thomas
