Hello Haleem, if you want or need to run a Linux distribution for another reason, that is different, but if your only requirement is to run osTicket on Apache httpd, these two software being multi-platform, I think you do not need Linux Debian at all and can run them directly on Windows: this is much more simple. for example, the Apache XAMPP solution (just download the .exe): https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html https://www.apachefriends.org/xampp-files/5.6.23/xampp-win32-5.6.23-0-VC11-installer.exe after that you just have to install osTicket.
