Yes, but WHY that? And why not always, only sometimes? And why only after a 
new restart (=reboot) of the system? It looks like sometimes the system is not 
cleaned up correctly at shutdown, and this looks for me as a bug.

However, as I am not sure, what is really happening, I can not file a 
bugreport. Still looking for ideas....
