It's not disk space, it's most likely problem with the graphics driver. Without knowing specifics, there's quite a few hits on Google for nouveau and CACHE_ERROR. Considering that nouveau is a reverse engineered driver the usual help is to see if it's fixed with a recent kernel/drm/mesa/xorg driver.
