Ok list, I just downloaded and extracted tar.xz file from https://telegram.org/
After extracting I got two files ( which are executable) Telegram and Updater. I am using LXDE, so I wonder how to I make it to my Start/Internet menu in LXDE. Pointers, thoughts are all welcome.
