Some of us are sending you personal copies in this thread to make sure that you get them. E.g I have with this one. Have you tried to re-subscribe as others have suggested? It's worth a try - I had forgotten that this list is not subscribers only, so your emails could reach us even if you were not subscribed. Lisi
