Hello I have a few Mac Mini's running OS X Server 4.x. Some host Open Directory and all my mac clients are working great. However, I am adding multiple Debian 8 systems and want to utilize directory services rather than maintaining accounts on each linux machine.
I never joined a linux box or worked with command line for OpenLDAP. How would I go about joining my Debian 8 hosts to OS X Open Directory? Is it even possible? I'm using example.com as my domain for DNS/Open Directory. Thanks
