What are the key changes Devuan needs to make to achieve this? As far as I can see, this is achievable in Jessie. I've tried to have a quick browse through the Devuan git repository, but the changes I've found are only essentially 's/Debian/Devuan/'. I haven't dug particularly deep, though.
