Team: Debian Sarge with Blackbox window-manager.
Periodically, after an apt-get update, I "lose" some blackbox menu items. After a subsequent apt-get update, they usually come back. But my bash shell option disappeared a few weeks ago, and has never returned. tcsh is all that's left. Nostalgic, but I weary of typing bash whenever I start a tcsh shell . . . During a recent apt-get dist-upgrade with 300+ downloads, etc. I lost a bunch of items. They came back the next time no sweat. But not my bash. Is there some magical command to regenerate the default menus? I haven't added anything by editing the .blackbox-menu file or anything like that - I've always been happy with how apt/dpkg managed it for me . . . . madmac -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
